Shipping Policy

Fair Shipping Policy Always

Columbus Appliance and Parts ships mostly appliance parts to destinations in Columbus OH , throughout the state of Ohio and at times out of state. We usually fulfill orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Rates depend on the weight of the item being shipped and the quantity ordered. It could take 3 to 7 days for your item to arrive. Faster shipping options will be provided to you. All shipping comes with tracking number to you always know where your product is all the time.

Note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Just wait for your product to arrive, then you can return it or request a replacement. If you decide to return it a full refund will be processed once we receive your returned order. Returned products must be in their original packaging along with all other items that were included in the original packaging. The product must be in its original condition. Note that shipping and handling costs associated with order delivery and order returns cannot be refunded.

A restocking fee of 30% of the item purchased will be applied if you order items and decide to return them if there is nothing wrong with the order.

Product Arrival Conditions

Products that are shipped to you are packaged by trained workers and are packed professionally to protect your ordered items. Nevertheless, because we transfer your package to shipping companies to deliver to your door, it is possible your product may sustain bruises or could get damaged as a result of mishandling by the shipping carrier. Problems like this happen only occasionally. It does not happen quite often, but there is a slight chance that may happen especially during the holiday season when eCommerce is at its peak. Please contact us if you noticed your item has damages or is defective on arrival. Take a good clear picture of the damage and send it to us if the damage is physical. We will do all we can to make you happy- even if it means sending you a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges (If applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All we ask of you is take a few pictures of the damaged item and email them to us at [email protected] and we will work with you. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a full refund, you can do so but note that you will be charged a 30% restocking fee and shipping cost associated with return is not refundable.

Please mail any defective items to Columbus Appliances and Parts 3755 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207. Note that your refund will not include all shipping related costs. Ordered items that are in your possession for 30 days or more and not used or not damaged cannot be refunded.
